Switch launches new website for it's call manager system
Switch has today launched it's new website that is dedicated to the functionality of its call manager system.
Call manager (click to view the features) is an easy-to-use system that allows businesses to effectively manage their telephony communications through a list of innovative tools.
Companies can route their inbound calls with the use of a selection menu 'press 1 for sales', 'press 2 for admin', presenting a professional image to callers. With the possibility of 5 targets, companies can easily ensure that the caller reaches the correct department. At the heart of the call manager system, businesses can decide which CLI/DDI is shown to callers with an ID display on their phone once a caller has been connected.
